各位代表、各位同志: 黑龙江省一九六五年中医中药学术会议历时六天,今天即将胜利结束了。这次会议是在国际国内一片大好形势下召开的,是在把医疗卫生工作的重点放到农村去的新形势下召开的,是在国家科委中医中药专业组成立不久召开的。会议在这种新形势下召开,代表们认为是非常适时和必要的。领导上对这次会议很重视,会议期间省委王一伦书记,省人委孙西岐副省长接见了全体代表。孙副省长向代表作了指示。中华人民共和国卫生部中医顾问秦伯未先生亲自蒞会指导,并为代表们作了报告。省卫生厅李兴昌厅长,郝必清副厅长都在会上作了指示和报告。中医研究院以及辽宁和吉林两个兄弟省也派来代表到会指 Dear Delegates, Dear Comrades: The six-day traditional Chinese medicine academic conference in Heilongjiang Province in 1965 is about to end today. The meeting was held under the excellent international and domestic situation and was held in the new situation where the focus of medical and health work was going to the countryside.
