为探讨新生儿脑梗塞的诊断方法 ,总结了 10例新生儿脑梗塞的临床资料及影像学资料。结果 10例病人临床表现主要以惊厥、嗜睡及肌张力低下为主 ,ＣＴ平扫显示范围大小不等的脑梗塞灶。提示新生儿脑梗塞缺乏特异性临床表现 ,影像学是主要诊断手段。CT诊断新生儿脑梗塞10例$天津市
To explore the diagnosis of neonatal cerebral infarction, 10 cases of neonatal cerebral infarction clinical data and imaging data were summarized. Results The clinical manifestations of 10 patients were mainly convulsions, drowsiness and low muscle tension. CT scan revealed cerebral infarction ranged in size and scope.
