本文应用抗原癌基因C-erbB-2蛋白产物的抗体,检测38例胆囊腺癌。结果发现,相当数量的胆管腺癌有C-erbB-2过度表达,提示该肿瘤有C-erbB-2基因的扩增。阳性产物定位于细胞膜。C-erbB-2产物的表达与肿瘤转移呈正相关。
In this study, 38 cases of gallbladder adenocarcinoma were detected using antibodies against the antigenic oncogene C-erbB-2 protein product. The results showed that a significant number of cholangiocarcinomas have overexpression of C-erbB-2, suggesting that the tumor has C-erbB-2 gene amplification. The positive product is localized to the cell membrane. The expression of C-erbB-2 was positively correlated with tumor metastasis.
