在深化改革,转换经营机制的新形势下,如何做好信用社职工思想政治工作?笔者认为:运用激励法,是做好职工思想政治工作的有效方法,应把握好以下几方面: 其一,善抓“闪光点” 每个职工身上都有内在的积极因素,这是前进的动力;又都存在着消极的因素,这是进步的阻力。两种因素不断斗争着,当积极因素符合客观规律,构成正确的认识和行为,就会战胜消极因素,激发出巨大的精神力量,闪现出光点。思想工作要善于发现、挖掘、抓住并不断扩大这种闪光点,以增强思想政治工作的有效力,特别对后进职工在工作、学习、思想等方面的闪光点,采取一定的方式给予及时的评价和激励,更能取得良好效
