在 Faisal Hoque 看来,业务和技术之间的融合不是仅通过一个特定职位的人就可以促成的。这个融合过程必须由高层管理人员直接领导,获得董事会的支持。在此基础上,要求技术和业务两方面的管理人员能共同合作和相互理解。
In Faisal Hoque’s opinion, the convergence between business and technology can be facilitated not by just one person in a particular position. This process of integration must be led directly by top management and supported by the board of directors. On this basis, the management personnel from both technical and operational levels are required to work together and understand each other.
