随着我国林业“五大转变”的推进,林业对秘书工作的要求发生了深刻的变化。如何加强秘书队伍建设,适应林业跨越式发展的需要,服务于林管局的改革和发展,是摆在我们面前的紧迫任务。当前林管局秘书队伍存在着以下几方面问题:一是从事林业秘书工作的人员没有秘书专业学校毕业的,且大多没有进行过专业化培训,对秘书工作认识不够,只是简单地抄抄写写,上传下达,没有站在谋事的高度去做事,服务意识不强。二是业务功底不扎实,业务水平只停留在应对日常工作上,不能潜下心去钻研。撰写文稿只求简单地完成任务,缺乏精品。三是工作作风不够扎实,认为林业是“粗”科学,凡事求个过得去就行,不够科学严谨,不能
