Establishing and perfecting the system of internal control has become a statutory requirement and has drawn great attention and extensive participation from all walks of life, especially from enterprises. Only by establishing and perfecting the internal control system can we ensure the preservation and appreciation of state-owned capital, enhance the economic benefits of state-owned enterprises and realize the strategic objectives of state-owned enterprises.
