[目的]了解军队医院急诊建设现状及灾难医学知识的的认知状况,为开展军队灾难医学知识的教育培训提供依据。[方法]采用自行设计的调查表对43家军队医院的急诊的现状及658名急诊人员进行问卷调查,了解军队医院急诊现状及灾难医学知识的认知情况。[结果]部队医院急诊科为独立型的只占23.3%,32.5%的医院尚未独立建科。在各医院急诊中,具有危重症监护病房的占58.1%,建有化验室的只有32.6%。只有27.9%的医院设有急诊手术室。有83.7%的医院配备了120急救车,但只有41.9%的救护车上装备了输氧和心脏除颤设备。部队医院急救医师队伍整体水平不高,学历和职称偏低。医务人员对“灾难医学”内容了解不全面,特别是对于灾难伤病员救护方式和组织机构的特点回答正确率只有28.1%和21.4%。[结论]军队医院急诊建设的现状不容乐观,灾难医学知识的认知存在明显不足,需要进一步加强军队医院急诊建设,并大力开展灾难医学继续教育、训练,以更好地完成党和人民赋予军队的灾难医学救援任务。
[Objective] To understand the current status of emergency hospital construction in military hospitals and the cognitive status of disaster medical knowledge, and provide the basis for education and training of military disaster medical knowledge. [Methods] A questionnaire was designed to investigate the status quo of 43 emergency medical staffs and 658 emergency personnel in 43 military hospitals by using self-designed questionnaire to understand the status quo of military emergency hospitals and knowledge of disaster medical knowledge. [Results] Only 23.3% of the emergency departments of the military hospital were independent, and 32.5% of the hospitals had not established their own independent department. In all hospital emergency departments, 58.1% had critical care wards and only 32.6% had established laboratories. Only 27.9% of hospitals have emergency operating rooms. 83.7% of hospitals are equipped with 120 ambulances, but only 41.9% of ambulances are equipped with oxygen and defibrillation devices. The troop hospital emergency physicians team overall level is not high, education and job title is low. The medical staff did not understand the contents of “Disaster Medicine” completely, especially the accurate answer rate of 28.1% and 21.4% for the characteristics of disaster relief patients and organizations. [Conclusion] The current situation of emergency construction in military hospitals is not optimistic. There is a clear lack of cognition of disaster medical knowledge. It is necessary to further strengthen emergency hospital construction in military hospitals and vigorously carry out continuing education and training in disaster medicine so as to better accomplish the tasks entrusted to the army by the party and the people Disaster medical rescue mission.
