自由基代谢在脑血管疾病中的作用是近年来十分活跃的研究领域。利用电子自旋共振波谱仪(ESR)直接检测脑梗塞患者体内自由基水平的研究,迄今尚未见报道。为此,本文采用ESR结合快速低温冷冻技术直接测定了23例脑梗塞患者急性期全血自由基净含量,同时观察反映自由基代谢情况的血清丙二醛(MDA),超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)水平及全血过氧化氢酶(CAT),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性的变化,并对相互间的关系进行了探讨。现将结果报告如下。
The role of free radical metabolism in cerebrovascular disease is a very active area of research in recent years. Direct electron spin resonance spectroscopy (ESR) to detect free radical levels in patients with cerebral infarction has not been reported. In this study, ESR combined with rapid low temperature freezing technique was used to directly determine the content of free radical in whole blood of 23 patients with acute cerebral infarction. Meanwhile, the levels of serum malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the activity of catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) of whole blood were measured. The relationship between them was also discussed. The results reported below.
