按照一机部科技司(80)一机技字419号文基础件攻关提出一米±3微米的精密接长要求。一机部郑州机械研究所以及上海水平仪厂等三单位合作先后研制成功,并于1981年12月份,分别在两地召开了鉴定会。一机部郑州机械研究所的鉴定会于12月14日至16日在郑州举行。
