浙江省人民政府令第347号《浙江省人民政府关于实施重大活动临时性管理措施的决定》已经省人民政府第71次常务会议审议通过,现予公布。代省长车俊2016年8月9日根据浙江省人民代表大会常务委员会有关决定,省人民政府决定,在杭州市及相关地区采取有关临时性交通(含高速公路)管理措施;必要时,可以要求有关单位和个人暂停或者减少污染物排放量较大的有关活动。以上临时性措施最早自2016年8月24
Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government Decree No. 347 “Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government on the implementation of major activities of the provisional management measures decision” has been approved by the provincial people’s government executive meeting of the 71th, is now announced. On behalf of the Provincial Governor Che Jun 08 August 2016 Pursuant to the relevant decision of the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial People’s Congress, the provincial people’s government decided to take measures for the management of temporary traffic (including expressways) in Hangzhou and other relevant districts; if necessary, Relevant units and individuals are required to suspend or reduce related activities that emit large amounts of pollutants.
