我厂是上海地区唯一的生产铁合金产品的专业工厂,为炼钢、铸造、电焊、军工等行业提供必要的材料,属于基础工业。全厂一年耗电6.4亿度,加上煤、焦、油消耗,折合成标准煤33万吨。由于上海地区能源供应十分紧张,我厂铁合金产品尽管供不应求,但工厂面临限产和调整改造的趋势。为了解决这个矛盾,1983年我们作出了“节能、代能、利能、转能”的经营决策。所谓节能,就是在满足用户需要的前提
Our factory is the only professional factory in Shanghai that produces ferroalloy products. It supplies necessary materials for the steelmaking, foundry, welding, and military industries and belongs to the basic industry. The whole plant consumes 640 million kWh of electricity a year, plus the consumption of coal, coke and oil is converted into 330,000 tons of standard coal. Since the energy supply in Shanghai is very tight, despite the shortage of supply of ferroalloy products, the factory is facing a trend of limited production and adjustment.
