为改善软煤瓦斯抽采效果,开辟软煤瓦斯抽采新途径.应用现场试验的方法,在河南某矿区进行压裂顶板的瓦斯抽采试验,对瓦斯的抽采效果和运移机理进行了分析研究.结果表明:压裂后的瓦斯自然流量、浓度和纯量指标均取得了大幅度的提高,瓦斯抽采取得了良好的效果;基于现场实验结果,对瓦斯的运移机理进行了研究,当储层压力降低到瓦斯临界解吸压力后,瓦斯开始解吸,在煤体中主要通过扩散的方式运移至顶板裂隙,经顶板裂隙渗流汇集至钻孔,由钻孔将瓦斯抽出.
In order to improve the effect of soft coal gas drainage and open up new avenues for soft coal gas drainage, a field test was carried out to test the gas drainage in the fractured roof in a mining area of Henan Province. The gas drainage and pumping mechanism were studied The results show that the indexes of natural gas flow rate, gas concentration and scalability after fracturing have both been greatly improved and the gas drainage has achieved good results. Based on the field experiments, the gas migration mechanism has been studied. When the pressure of the reservoir is reduced to the critical desorption pressure of gas, the gas begins to desorb. In the coal, it is mainly transported to the crevice of the roof by means of diffusion. The seepage is collected by the crevice of the roof to the borehole, and the gas is withdrawn from the borehole.
