采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了硅掺杂的介孔TiO2材料,用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、和N2吸附脱附等分析手段对产物结构和光学性能进行了表征。分别在紫外和可见光下对甲基橙进行了降解实验,结果表明:Si/TiO2介孔材料在紫外光和可见光下均有较高的催化活性,3%Si/TiO2为催化剂,初始pH=3,催化剂用量为2g/L的条件下,分别以紫外光和可见光为激发光源降解甲基橙,甲基橙在1.5h和4h内被完全降解。
Silica doped mesoporous TiO2 was synthesized by sol-gel method. The structure and optical properties of the product were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and N2 adsorption-desorption analysis. The degradation experiments of methyl orange under ultraviolet and visible light respectively showed that: the Si / TiO2 mesoporous materials have high catalytic activity under UV light and visible light, 3% Si / TiO2 as catalyst, initial pH = 3 , The amount of catalyst 2g / L under the conditions of ultraviolet and visible light as the excitation light source degradation of methyl orange, methyl orange was completely degraded in 1.5h and 4h.
