1995年台湾半导体产业获得大幅度增长。专门生产DRAM的德基公司,由于去年DRAM价格持续上扬,成为岛内“每位员工产值”最高的半导体公司,堪称为“生产力最高”的半导体公司,而联电、台积电居二、三位。联电在单个员工平均盈利部分,每位员工在1995年为公司赚进498万元新台币,是岛内“最会赚钱”的半导体公司,德基、茂矽、台积电、华邦等公司的每位员工赚钱能力也相当强,都在428万元以上,具体数据如下表:
