本文根据化学动力学的原理指出一般的化学热处理过程实质上是一个气固相多相反应,并提出它是由下列基本过程所组成:1.气氛的形成,2.吸附3.分解,4.吸收,和5.扩散。
According to the principle of chemical kinetics, this paper points out that the general chemical heat treatment process is essentially a gas-solid phase multiphase reaction and proposes that it consists of the following basic processes: 1. Atmosphere formation; 2. Adsorption 3. Decomposition; Absorbed, and 5. Diffusion.
