唐远华、宋英俊的“市民社会对党执政合法性的双重影响及对策”一文指出,市民社会给党的执政合法性带来的机遇,同时,市民社会对党的执政合法性也形成挑战。对此,作者认为可采取如下措施:在市民组织中建立党的组织,加强党的领导;加强民主法制建设,为市民社会的成长和发展提供优良的政治环境;完善市场机制,为市民社会的自主、自治提供有效的市场空间;加强党的廉政建设,进一步树立执政为民的良好形象;构建多平面多层次的党群交流平台,进一步增强群众对党的理解和信任;加快党自身的改革步伐,建立与市场经济体制相适应的执政方式。
