Serum type Ⅲ procollagen (RC Ⅲ) or its amino terminal peptide (P Ⅲ P) and Ⅳ procollagen have been more research and clinical applications. Liver fibrosis is mainly type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ collagen content increased significantly.
