四碘酚酞钠用於胆囊造影是一种比较早的药物,至今一般医院中仍多应用此药作临床诊断.但此药皆为进口货,价昂,或因贮存过久或其他原因造影效能不佳或根本不显影,甚感不便.因此我们开始了试制工作,经过多次的试验.后来张昭坤同志发表了制备四碘酚酞钠的文章,给了我们莫大的帮助和启示.我们主要根据了张同志的方法进一步制成粉剂,这样可以便於贮存,同时加入适当渗料,病人也易於服用.成品合於药典规格,造影效能良好,优於英、日货.
