[目的]研究不同浓度NK4因子对人口腔表皮样癌细胞株KB侵袭能力的影响。[方法]采用基底膜侵袭实验观察不同浓度NK4因子对人口腔表皮样癌细胞株KB侵袭能力的影响。[结果]在浓度为10μg/ml时,NK4因子对人口腔表皮样癌细胞株KB侵袭重组基底膜的抑制率为56.4%。[结论]NK4因子具有抑制肿瘤细胞人口腔表皮样癌细胞株KB侵袭的能力。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of different concentrations of NK4 on KB cell invasiveness in human oral epidermoid carcinoma cell line. [Method] Basement membrane invasion assay was used to observe the effect of different concentrations of NK4 on the KB invasiveness of human oral epidermoid carcinoma cell line. [Result] At the concentration of 10μg / ml, the inhibitory rate of NK4 on human oral epidermoid carcinoma cell KB-invasive recombinant basement membrane was 56.4%. [Conclusion] The NK4 factor has the ability to inhibit the KB invasion of human oral epidermoid carcinoma cell line.
