白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术,切口越小,术后手术性角膜散光(SIA)越小;有报告〔1〕术后3个月1 2mm角膜缘切口的SIA是6mm切口的2倍,而6mm切口与3 2mm切口术后3个月SIA无显著性差异。我科自1 998年8月～2 0 0 2年8月采用5 5～6mm巩膜隧道切口,以圈套切核器切核行白内障囊外摘除
