Gansu Longxin Industrial Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1984, after 20 years of development, the existing total assets of 510 million yuan, net assets of 240 million yuan. By the end of 2012, the total area of developed commercial buildings has been more than 3 million m 2, the construction area has been more than 3.5 million m 2, and the real estate service area has reached 2 million m 2. In the past three years, the government paid 93 million yuan of tax, recruiting 5,000 people and donating more than 20 million yuan for public welfare undertakings. It is one of the large-scale private enterprises in Gansu Province.
