本文对合肥市1989—1998年10年间的食品卫生监督监测统计资料进行分析,结果显示总合格率达83.5%,食品卫生质量呈逐年提高的趋势,特别是通过创建卫生城市活动的开展,食品合格率较前上升了6.8个百分点。对各类食品合格率的分析表明,调味品与肉及肉制品等两大类食品应作为今后卫生监督工作的重点。本文还针对市、县、区三级卫生监督机构的监测力度的不平衡状况进行了分析,提出县区级,特别是区级卫生监督机构应加强自身建设,完善监测手段,提高卫生监督监测的力度
This article analyzes the data of supervision and monitoring of food hygiene in Hefei from 1989 to 1998, the result shows that the total pass rate is 83.5% and the quality of food hygiene is increasing year by year.
