本文对合肥市１９８９—１９９８年１０年间的食品卫生监督监测统计资料进行分析，结果显示总合格率达８３．５％，食品卫生质量呈逐年提高的趋势，特别是通过创建卫生城市活动的开展，食品合格率较前上升了６．８个百分点。对各类食品合格率的分析表明，调味品与肉及肉制品等两大类食品应作为今后卫生监督工作的重点。本文还针对市、县、区三级卫生监督机构的监测力度的不平衡状况进行了分析，提出县区级，特别是区级卫生监督机构应加强自身建设，完善监测手段，提高卫生监督监测的力度
