采用糠醇、正硅酸乙酯作为碳源、硅源,在溶胶-凝胶过程中加入硝酸钴为催化剂,含氢硅油为结构助剂,通过碳热还原的方法制备出高比表面积碳化硅。采用XRD、FT-IR、SEM、HRTEM及低温氮吸附-脱附对所制备的样品进行表征。结果表明,所得碳化硅具有高的比表面积131 m2/g;含氢硅油的特殊结构是形成多孔碳化硅的主要原因;所得碳化硅具有特殊的光致发光性能。
Using furfuryl alcohol and ethyl orthosilicate as carbon source and silicon source, cobalt nitrate as catalyst and hydrogen-containing silicone oil as structural assistant were prepared by sol-gel process. High specific surface area silicon carbide was prepared by carbothermal reduction. The prepared samples were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, SEM, HRTEM and low temperature nitrogen adsorption-desorption. The results show that the resulting SiC has a high specific surface area of 131 m2 / g; the special structure of the hydrogen-containing silicone oil is the main reason for the formation of porous SiC; and the resulting SiC has special photoluminescence properties.
