我国是碘缺乏病流行较为严重的国家之一 ;同时 ,我国亦存在高碘地区。本实验通过对几种吸附材料和离子交换树脂的比较 ,筛选出了Dx树脂。该树脂能快速去除试验水样中的碘离子 ,通过 2小时动态吸附实验对碘离子的去除率为99 87% ;交换容量大 ,1 5 gDx树脂可处理该实验条件下的高碘水样 2 75L ,使过滤后的水中碘离子浓度达到 30 0 μg/L以内 ,32 0升水后达到饱和 ;竞争吸附能力强 ,KI- /F- =41 77,KI- /SO42 - =9 15 ;再生方法简便 ,是一种较为理想的去除该试验条件下水中碘离子的良好材料
