在数模变换器(以下简称D/A)线性误差自动测试系统中,为使数字电压表(以下简称DVM)SM215MK2正常工作,在相邻两次启动DVM之间,控制程序必需插入约0.7秒的延时循环,从而显著地降低了系统的测试速度。考虑到D/A需要作大量的测试,当位数增加时,测试点更是成倍增长,因此有必要设法提高该系统的测试速度。本文将从DVM本身、计算机的接口和程序设计三个方面,提出改进措施,使系统的测试速度可提高一倍以上,约为2次/秒。文中对DVM的改进,实际上也可适用于其他双斜率积分型DVM。
