通过GH30合金管内壁裂纹特征分析,指出了穿孔圆坯加热温度和顶头预热温度偏高是内壁裂纹的主要成因。这一观点经工艺试验获得证实。改进穿孔工艺后,消除了管内壁裂纹。
Through the analysis of the crack character of the inner wall of GH30 alloy tube, it is pointed out that the main cause of the inner wall crack is the heating temperature of the perforation round billet and the high temperature of the head preheating. This view was confirmed by the process test. Improve the perforation process, eliminating the tube wall cracks.
