本文报道使用甘草甜素治疗慢性乙型肝炎41例,其中包括慢性迁延型肝炎(CPH)13例,慢性活动性肝炎(CAH)28例。结果表明强力宁对慢性乙型肝炎HBsAg和HBeAg转阴率分别为10％和38％。并认为强力宁的治疗以160-200mg每日1次静滴2-3mo为优。
In this paper, 41 cases of chronic hepatitis B were treated with glycyrrhizin, including 13 cases of chronic protracted hepatitis (CPH) and 28 cases of chronic active hepatitis (CAH). The results showed that Qiangning Ning chronic hepatitis B HBsAg and HBeAg negative rates were 10% and 38%. And that the treatment of strong Ning 160-200mg daily intravenous infusion of 2-3mo is excellent.
