目的探讨纤维素对大鼠结肠癌前期病变畸变隐窝病灶(ACF)形成的影响。方法 48 只雄性Wister大鼠经适应性喂养1周后均分为4组,A、B组给予标准鼠食,C、D组则给予含10%纤维素的鼠食;同时B、D组连续10周每周1次腹腔内注射二甲基肼(每次20 mg/kg),而A、C组则给予等量生理盐水;喂养至第12周处死大鼠,观察大鼠结肠ACF的变化。结果各组大鼠体重增加及结肠长度差异无统计学意义,腹腔内脏器未见明显异常。C、D组大鼠盲肠内容物重量显著高于A、B组,但各组近、远端结肠内容物重量差异无统计学意义,D组大鼠各肠段ACF总数及病灶≥4个隐窝的ACF数均显著低于B组。结论纤维素能抑制大鼠结肠癌前期病变的形成。
Objective To investigate the effect of cellulose on the formation of aberrant crypts (ACF) in precancerous lesions of colon in rats. Methods Forty-eight male Wister rats were randomly divided into four groups after one week of adaptive feeding. Groups A and B received standard rat diet, while groups C and D received rat diet containing 10% cellulose. Groups B and D received continuous diet for 10 weeks Dimethylhydrazine (20 mg / kg each time) was injected intraperitoneally once a week while normal saline was given to groups A and C; rats in the 12th week after feeding were sacrificed to observe the changes of ACF in the colon of rats. Results There was no significant difference in weight gain and length of colon between rats in each group and no significant abnormalities in abdominal visceral organs. The contents of cecal contents in groups C and D were significantly higher than those in groups A and B, but there was no significant difference in weight between proximal and distal colon in each group. The total number of ACF in each group and the number of lesions ≥4 in D group The number of ACF in the litter was significantly lower than that in the B group. Conclusion Cellulose can inhibit the formation of precancerous lesions in rats.
