患儿男,3岁。因上腹部肿块逐渐增大1月于1996年6月24日入院。无疼痛、发热,恶心呕吐.进食正常。检查:体温正常,营养尚佳,浅表淋巴结无肿大,心肺无异常发现。腹软,上腹部偏左侧可及肿块,约10cm×6cm×5cm,边界清,光滑,质中,活动度较大,无明显压痛。B超检查提示中上腹部囊性仲块,边界清,胃腔被推向左侧血甲胎蛋白定量<10μg/L全麻插管下行剖腹
The boy is 3 years old. Due to the gradual enlargement of the upper abdominal mass, it was admitted to hospital on June 24, 1996. No pain, fever, nausea and vomiting. Eating normally. Examination: Normal body temperature, good nutrition, no enlargement of superficial lymph nodes, no abnormalities found in heart and lung. The abdomen was soft, and the left upper abdomen was palpable with a mass of about 10cm x 6cm x 5cm. The border was clear and smooth, and the mass was moderate. There was no significant tenderness. B-ultrasound revealed that the mid-abdominal cystic mass was clear and the boundary was clear. The gastric cavity was pushed to the left side. AFP was quantified <10 μg/L.
