随着我国经济的高速发展,国民经济各领域对统计数据的需求越来越多,也对统计数据质量提出了更高的要求,统计数据作为一把衡量经济发展的尺子,其真实与否直接关系到人们对经济状况的总体认识,关系到决策成败。基层统计作为统计数据的入口,是统计系统最重要的环节,加强基层统计建设,把好数据入口关,是统计数据成败的关键。
