目前,农村初中学校还有很多教师沿袭“一块黑板,一支粉笔,一张嘴巴众人听”的教师灌输为主的传统教法。这一方面是与农村的经济落后有关,经济落后使得办学条件差;另一方面也是最主要的方面与教师陈旧的教学观念有关,这种教学模式已越来越不适应素质教育的需要,不利于学生思维能力和创造能力的发展,导致的结果只能是学生盲目地跟着教师转、死记硬背,照抄照搬,题目稍一变形就无从下手,面对这种情况,只有通过改革,对传统教法进行扬弃,才能为素质教育清除前进道路上的障碍。
