应用超声波技术在温和条件下制得了胺基功能化SiO2。系统地考察了有机硅烷的用量对胺丙基嫁接量的影响。对所制备的样品进行了元素分析、Hammett指示剂法和29Si NMR表征,结果表明有机胺基团已经嫁接到载体二氧化硅上。在甲醇和环氧丙烷合成丙二醇醚的反应中对样品的催化性能做了测试,结果表明,样品在此反应中反应物转化率均大于85%,样品表现出很好的重复使用性能。
Amino functionalized SiO2 was prepared by using ultrasonic technology under mild conditions. The influence of the amount of organosilane on the amount of amine propyl grafted was systematically investigated. The prepared samples were subjected to elemental analysis, Hammett indicator method and 29Si NMR characterization. The results show that the organic amine groups have been grafted onto the support silica. The catalytic performance of the sample was tested in the reaction of propylene glycol with propylene glycol to form propylene glycol ether. The results showed that the conversion of the reactants in the sample was more than 85% and the sample showed good reusability.
