水平胶带式真空过滤机具有圆盘式真空过滤机不可替代的特点，作为一种有效的固液分离设备，多用于化工、轻工和选矿工业。水平胶带真空过滤机的研究设计，为我国选煤过滤脱水作业提供了一种可行的技术设备。本文介绍DUM20／1．8型水平胶带式真空过滤机的结构特点、基本结构和工业试验情况。试验结果表明：该机运转正常、操作方便、易于控制、产品质量稳定、处理能力大、产品水分低、卸饼效果好，完全可以取代116型圆盘式真空过滤机。
Horizontal tape vacuum filter disc vacuum filter with irreplaceable features, as an effective solid-liquid separation equipment, mostly used in chemical, light industry and beneficiation industry. Horizontal tape vacuum filter research and design for China’s coal filtration and dehydration operation provides a viable technical equipment. This article describes the structure of DUM20 / 1.8 type horizontal tape vacuum filter, the basic structure and industrial test conditions. The test results show that the machine can operate normally, is easy to operate, easy to control, has stable product quality, large processing capacity, low product moisture and good cake discharging effect, and can completely replace the 116 disc vacuum filter.
