1 前言泰安工程机械总厂与大连理工大学工程机械研究所共同研制的QY32型液压汽车起重机,见图1。该机经机电部工程机械试验场型式试验,各项主要技术性能指标达到设评要求和有关国家、部级标准的规定。样机的各总成及主要零部件工作可靠、耐磨,其作业可靠性试验的作业率为98.54%。已于1991年4月在泰安市通过山东省级鉴定,可投入小批量生产。
1 Introduction The QY32 hydraulic truck crane jointly developed by the Tai’an Construction Machinery Plant and the Institute of Construction Machinery of Dalian University of Technology is shown in Figure 1. The machine was type tested by the mechanical and mechanical test field of the Ministry of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. The major technical performance indicators met the requirements for the evaluation and related national and ministerial standards. The prototype assembly and its main components are reliable and wear-resistant. The operating reliability test rate is 98.54%. It was approved by the provincial level in Tai’an City in April 1991 and can be put into small batch production.
