本文研究了正十二烷硫基乙酸乙酯(简称EDMA)在盐酸体系中对钯、铂、铜、铁、镍的萃取性能。实验结果表明:在适当条件下,EDMA能从上述金属离子的混合溶液中萃取分离钯;添加剂N-263及N-1923的加入能大大缩短萃取钯的平衡时间;水相中硫酸根离子的存在对萃取分配比基本无影响;温度升高,分配比下降;硫脲的盐酸溶液能有效地将有机相中的钯反萃至水相,且萃取剂具有良好的再生与复用性能。
In this paper, the extraction performance of palladium, platinum, copper, iron and nickel in n-dodecylthioacetate (EDMA) in hydrochloric acid was studied. The experimental results show that under appropriate conditions, EDMA can extract and separate palladium from the mixed solution of metal ions. Additives N-263 and N-1923 can greatly shorten the equilibrium time of extraction of palladium. The presence of sulfate ion in the aqueous phase The results showed that the ratio of extraction to the extraction had no effect on the extraction. The temperature increased and the distribution ratio decreased. The hydrochloric acid solution of thiourea could effectively back-elute the palladium in the organic phase into the aqueous phase. The extractant had good regeneration and reusability.
