采用土培法,设置不同的供磷水平(P0,0 mg·kg-1;P1,17.5 mg·kg-1;P2,35 mg·kg-1;P3,52.5 mg·kg-1;P4,70mg·kg-1),对蒙古莸(Caryopteris mongholica)地上部形态、根系形态、生物量、叶片和根系酸性磷酸酶活性的变化进行研究。结果表明:(1)株高、基径、茎粗、地径随供磷水平增加均呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,在P1水平下最大。(2)总根长、根体积、根表面积、根平均直径随供磷水平增加呈现出先增加后减小的趋势,其中在P1水平下总根长和根平均直径达到最大。(3)P0水平下根冠比最大,地上部干重和根系干重在P1水平下最大。(4)根系酸性磷酸酶活性随供磷水平增加呈现出逐渐下降的趋势,并且与根体积、总根长、根平均直径、根表面积均呈负相关;叶片酸性磷酸酶活性随供磷水平增加呈现出先降低后上升的趋势,并且与株高、地径、基径、茎粗、地上生物量均呈负相关。
Soil culture method was used to set different levels of phosphorus supply (P0,0 mg · kg-1; P1, 17.5 mg · kg-1; P2, 35 mg · kg-1; 70mg · kg-1) were used to study the changes of shoot morphology, root morphology, biomass, leaf and root acid phosphatase activity of Caryopteris mongholica. The results showed that: (1) The plant height, the base diameter, the stem diameter and the diameter increased with the increasing of P supply, then increased firstly and then decreased, and reached the maximum at P1 level. (2) The total root length, root volume, root surface area and root mean diameter increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of P supply level, and the maximum of root length and root mean diameter at P1 level. (3) Under the P0 level, the root-shoot ratio was the largest, and the shoot dry weight and root dry weight were the highest under the P1 level. (4) The root acid phosphatase activity decreased gradually with the increase of P supply, and had a negative correlation with the root volume, total root length, root mean diameter and root surface area. The activity of acid phosphatase increased with phosphorus supply It showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing, and negatively correlated with plant height, diameter, diameter, stem diameter and aboveground biomass.
