试验研究了铅含量对灰铸铁组织、性能、冶金质量指标的影响以及铅在灰铸铁中的微观分布。结果表明,当含铅量小于0.005%时,灰铸铁具有较好的力学性能和冶金质量指标,而当含铅量大于0.005%时,力学性能和冶金质量指标明显下降,同时灰铸铁的断面敏感性增大,并强烈地改变铸铁的石墨形态,同时有促进渗碳体析出的趋势。因此灰铸铁中的含铅量应控制在0.005%以下。
The effects of lead content on microstructure, properties and metallurgical quality of gray cast iron and the microscopic distribution of lead in gray cast iron were studied. The results show that when the lead content is less than 0.005%, gray cast iron has better mechanical properties and metallurgical quality index, and when the lead content is greater than 0.005%, the mechanical properties and metallurgical quality indicators decreased significantly, while gray The cross-sectional sensitivity of cast iron increases, and the graphite morphology of cast iron is strongly altered, with a tendency to promote the precipitation of cementite. Therefore, the lead content of gray cast iron should be controlled below 0.005%.
