在pH8试液中有EDTA存在下,用乙酰基丙酮和四氯化碳萃取鈹,然后以盐酸反萃取,用鈹试剂Ⅱ生成紫红色络合物,进行比色测定。一、试剂: 1.鈹标准溶液:称取分析纯硫酸鈹(BeSO_4·4H_2O)0.9820克,溶于100毫升水中,加入10毫升稀硫酸(1:1)。移入500毫升容量瓶中,稀释至刻度,摇匀。1.0毫升(?)0.1毫克鈹。吸取此溶液10毫升,稀释至500毫升。1.0毫升(?)2微克鈹。
In the presence of EDTA in pH8 solution, beryllium was extracted with acetylacetone and carbon tetrachloride, and then stripped with hydrochloric acid to generate a purple complex with beryllium reagent II for colorimetric determination. I. Reagents: 1. Beryllium standard solution: Weigh 0.9820 g of analytical pure beryllium sulfate (BeSO 4 · 4H 2 O), dissolve in 100 ml of water, and add 10 ml of dilute sulfuric acid (1: 1). Moved into 500 ml volumetric flask, diluted to the mark, shake well. 1.0 ml (?) 0.1 mg beryllium. Draw 10 ml of this solution and dilute to 500 ml. 1.0 ml (?) 2 μg beryllium.
