目的观察甘精胰岛素联合诺和龙治疗初诊2型糖尿病疗效。方法选择本院初诊为2型糖尿病40例患者,在规范饮食、合理运动基础上,每天注射甘精胰岛素,同时口服诺和龙治疗一个月。结果40例患者经甘精胰岛素联合诺和龙治疗一个月后,FBG、2hPBG、HbA1c、TC、TG明显改善,较治疗前比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05),所有患者血糖均得到满意控制,且无严重低血糖发生等并发症发生。结论甘精胰岛素联合诺和龙治疗初诊2型糖尿病具有良好效果及安全性,且依从性好。
Objective To observe the effect of insulin glargine and Novolinon on newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Forty cases of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes in our hospital were selected and glargine was injected daily on the basis of regular diet and reasonable exercise. At the same time, Novolin was given for one month. Results After treatment with glargine and Novolin for one month, FBG, 2h PBG, HbA1c, TC, TG were significantly improved in 40 patients (P <0.05), and all patients were satisfactorily controlled , And no serious complications such as hypoglycemia occurred. Conclusion Glargine and Novolin in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes have good effect and safety, and good compliance.
