对 GB 1173《铸造铝合金》国家标准中抗拉试棒及其浇冒系统进行改进。通过凝固过程的计算机模拟及大量的商业生产验证表明,改进后的抗拉试棒及其浇冒系统合理.可以纳入新的 GB 1173标准体系,在行业上推广应用。
To GB 1173 “cast aluminum” in the national standard tensile test bars and pouring system to improve. Computer simulation of the solidification process and a large number of commercial production tests show that the improved tensile test bar and its pouring system are reasonable and can be incorporated into the new GB 1173 standard system and popularized in the industry.
