通过实验和数学计算对热管性能进行研究,探讨了温度差、传热面积比和操作条件对热管性能的影响。对成品热管测定了传热量和管内蒸气温度。由实验结果可知,随着操作条件的改变,热管的效率可相差数倍。本文通过数学模型,得出推算热管蒸气温度及传热面积此的方法,并绘成计算图表,可供热管设计和应用时参考。
The performance of the heat pipe was studied through experiments and mathematical calculations, and the effects of temperature difference, heat transfer area ratio and operating conditions on heat pipe performance were discussed. The finished heat pipe was measured heat transfer and tube steam temperature. From the experimental results, we can see that with the change of operating conditions, the heat pipe efficiency can be several times different. This article through the mathematical model, draw the calculation of heat pipe steam temperature and heat transfer area of this method, and draw a calculation chart, heat pipe design and application for reference.
