目的：探讨胆囊癌的ＣＴ诊断价值与误诊原因。方法：对１１例经手术证实的胆囊癌ＣＴ资料进行回顾性分析。结果：壁厚型３例，腔内型４例，肿块型４例，术前误诊３例。结论：ＣＴ在胆囊癌的诊断与鉴别诊断中有重要价值，但也存在一定的局限性。
Objective: To explore the value of CT diagnosis and misdiagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma. Methods: The CT data of 11 cases of gallbladder carcinoma confirmed by surgery were analyzed retrospectively. Results: There were 3 cases of wall thickness, 4 cases of cavity type and 4 cases of mass type. 3 cases were misdiagnosed before operation. Conclusion: CT is of great value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of gallbladder cancer, but there are some limitations.
