本文详述了端接两个附加电容的微带定向耦合器理论。计算机辅助分析预示了这种耦合器的性能。理论公式和计算结果均证明附加补偿电容可改善微带定向耦合器的方向性,而对其它参数影响甚微。已研制了专用软件,用于计算机辅助设计。试验电路工作于XC波段(5.85~8.2GHz)。
This article details the microstrip directional coupler theory that terminates two additional capacitors. Computer-aided analysis heralds the performance of this coupler. Both the theoretical formula and the calculated results show that the additional compensation capacitor can improve the directivity of the microstrip directional coupler with little effect on other parameters. Dedicated software has been developed for use in computer-aided design. Test circuit work in the XC band (5.85 ~ 8.2GHz).
