本文首次对利用Ms-P型水稻育种的途径和方法,设计了运用该水稻进行轮回选择(包括逐级轮回选择系统、阶梯式轮回选择系统)和将广亲和性基因S_5~n导入到具有较好配合力的材料中去的回交育种体系。萍乡显性核不育水稻的雄性不育性受单一显性不育基因(Ms-P)控制,显性不育性稳定,在轮回选择中,它是较为理想的工具材料,建议将Ms-P基因导入到一系列胞质及核质遗传背景中,构成Ms-P型水稻种质资源库。广泛地将它应用于水稻育种,对育成超高产品种,将可起到一定的促进作用。
This paper, for the first time, made use of the ways and methods of Ms-P type rice breeding to design the method of using the rice to carry on the cycle selection (including the stepwise cycle selection system and the stepwise cycle selection system) and the wide affinity gene S_5 ~ n into Better with the ability of the material back to the cross breeding system.
