Objective: To analyze the influence of cesarean section and transurethral delivery on the pelvic floor function of the mothers. Methods: 96 maternal women who gave birth in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2014 were divided into experimental group (48 cases) and control group (48 cases) according to their choice of mode of delivery. Control group maternal Vaginal delivery, experimental group maternal cesarean section, compared two groups of maternal uterine and vaginal delivery and postpartum 3,6 months pelvic floor muscle tension conditions. Results: The status of uterus and vaginal prolapse in the experimental group after delivery was significantly better than that in the control group. The pelvic muscle tension scores of the experimental group at 3 and 6 months postpartum were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Choosing cesarean section has a small effect on postpartum pelvic floor muscle function and significantly reduces the severity of uterine and vaginal prolapse.
