目的:研究低分子量壳聚糖Pr3+配合物的合成和抑菌性能。方法:将高分子量壳聚糖氧化降解制得低分子量壳聚糖(L-CTS),再与Pr3+配位,制得低分子量壳聚糖Pr3+配合物(L-CTS-Pr)。通过IR,UV,TG-TDA和GPC分析对L-CTS的分子量及L-CTS-Pr的结构进行了表征。并考察了其对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的抑菌性能。结果:低分子量壳聚糖与Pr3+形成了稳定的配合物,并对均有较强的抑菌效果。结论:该配合物有望在果蔬保鲜及环境净化领域得到应用。
Objective: To study the synthesis and antibacterial activity of low molecular weight chitosan Pr3 + complexes. Methods: The low molecular weight chitosan Pr3 + complex (L-CTS-Pr) was prepared by oxidative degradation of low molecular weight chitosan (L-CTS) and coordination with Pr3 +. The molecular weight of L-CTS and the structure of L-CTS-Pr were characterized by IR, UV, TG-TDA and GPC analysis. And investigated its antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. Results: Low molecular weight chitosan formed a stable complex with Pr3 +, and had strong antibacterial effect. Conclusion: The complex is expected to be applied in the field of preservation of fruits and vegetables and environmental purification.
