用全息相衬干涉显微术研究了高温溶液生长KTP晶体和低温溶液生长KDP晶体的溶质边界层。实验表明,无论是在高温溶液还是在低温溶液中生长晶体,边界层内的质量输运过程是对流和扩散两种作用的耦合效应。体过饱和度对边界层厚度的影响按过饱和度的高低可分为两个区域。层内溶质浓度分布是位置的指数函数。
Holographic phase contrast microscopy was used to study the growth of KTP crystals in high temperature solution and the solute boundary layer of KDP crystals grown in low temperature solution. Experiments show that the mass transport process in the boundary layer is the coupling effect of convection and diffusion both in high temperature solution and in low temperature solution. Body supersaturation on the thickness of the boundary layer according to the level of supersaturation can be divided into two regions. The solute concentration distribution in the layer is an exponential function of the position.
