目的:探讨MsrA在胃癌组织及癌旁正常胃黏膜组织中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学法和实时荧光定量RT-PCR法检测57例胃癌组织与癌旁正常胃黏膜组织中MsrA的表达。结果:胃癌组织中MsrA的表达率及表达强度均低于癌旁正常胃黏膜组织(P<0.001);胃癌组织MsrA mRNA相对量的中位数为3.757,癌旁正常胃黏膜组织中MsrA mRNA相对量的中位数为5.240,胃癌组织中MsrA mRNA的表达水平低于癌旁正常胃黏膜组织(P=0.016)。结论:胃癌组织中MsrA的表达水平较正常组织下调。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of MsrA in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent normal gastric mucosa tissues. Methods: The expression of MsrA in 57 gastric cancer tissues and adjacent normal gastric mucosa tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry and real-time fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR. Results: The expression of MsrA in gastric cancer tissues was lower than that in normal gastric mucosa tissues (P <0.001). The median of MsrA mRNA in gastric cancer tissues was 3.757. The expression of MsrA mRNA in normal gastric mucosa tissues was The median of quantity was 5.240. The expression of MsrA mRNA in gastric cancer tissue was lower than that in normal gastric mucosa (P = 0.016). Conclusion: The expression of MsrA in gastric cancer tissue is lower than that in normal tissues.
