本文根据 Monson 氏球面学说设计制作了圆形拾曲面板,用于总义齿排列人工牙,取得满意效果。本法形成的(牙合)曲线符合解剖生理和生物力学要求,具有对称性和协调性,易于获得正中(牙合)和非正中(牙合)平衡。排牙速度快,省时省力,方法简单,容易掌握。三种不同曲度的(牙合)曲面板基本上能适应患者差异较大的髁道斜度。本文介绍了使用圆形拾曲面板的三种排矛方法,并从理论上对其适应范围和临床应用作了初步探讨。
In this paper, according to the theory of Monson's spherical surface, a circular pick-up panel is designed and manufactured, which is used for arranging artificial teeth with total denture and achieving satisfactory results. The occlusal curve formed by this method conforms to anatomical and biomechanical requirements, has symmetry and coordination, and is easy to obtain the balance of middle occlusion and non-occlusion. Pai teeth fast, save time and effort, the method is simple, easy to grasp. Three different curvature of the (occlusal) curved face plate can basically adapt to the patient's great condylar gradient. In this paper, we introduce three methods of using a circular pick-and-place panel to arrange the spear, and theoretically discuss its adaptability and clinical application.
